Sparks Performance: The Project
Ethos
To provide marginal gains in performance to Junior golfers aspiring to progress into elite amateur and tournament professional golf, using research based performance needs analysis and support.
Rationale
Having worked with nearly 250 elite amateur golfers through my work with Tournament golf college, I believe that making marginal gains in elements aside from technical skill can make a huge difference in performance outcomes in competitive golf. Young golfers and their families often resort to consulting a professional golf coach to improve their performance and therefore results. Whilst this approach is essential and advised, there are other elements of golf performance that are imperative in supporting the golf swing to be executed powerfully and efficiently throughout a round and to esnure that young golfers are prepared to perform.
Services
In completing a Masters in Golf Performance and Management and my day-to-day role as Academic programme manager of a Sports Science degree in Tournament golf, I have developed expertise and 8 years of experience in the following disciplines of which academic research has proven to be essential for golf performance:

Sparks performance is a concept that provides consultations on these elements of performance and the opportunity for referral to specialists and experts in the following fields:

With the combination of consultation package and specialist referrals, we can support you to stay ahead of the field and make strides into the elite amateur game at UK University or US College level and beyond!
