I'm Mark Ferguson-Smith, known as Sparks for most of my life! My main role is the Programme Manager of Tournament Golf College based at St.Mellion in Cornwall and Amendoeira Golf Resort on the Algarve in Portugal! I've been in that role for 8 years and managed to balance spending 3 months on the sunny Algarve with our 40+ degree students and my family life in Cornwall, with my fiancée, two boys and boxer dog. i've played golf for most of my life at St.austell golf club and currently play off a 5.0 handicap index. as a PE teacher, sports lecturer and former football manager i've always had an interest in developing young and talented athletes and improving their performance in competition.
